I used to do my job tasks based on what I observe and experience because I was not trained and aware of development approaches. When I joined the Community Development and Management course organized by Share and Care Nepal. I got to learn about new approaches to do my job and that transformed me and improved my communication too. After the course, I am more focused on the impact of the work rather than getting the job done but doing it well. Which improved my performance and result as well.
Now, I am leading my organization to bring transformation in the lives of needy and vulnerable people. My inspiration and motivation is Ramesh Sir (ED of Share & Care Nepal) because he talks about, what he had been through and encourages us by sharing his experience in community development.
