TTC- The Transformation Center

The genesis of  The Transformation Center (TTC) has its roots in innovative thinking of providing quality and cost effective on going in house training to the Share and Care staffs. The center offered simple and adequate residential facilities to the staff where much learning took place during and after the formal sessions.  Over a period of time, on the demand of other stakeholders the facilities were made available to those NGO’s doing community development work and Local Churches.

We believe that Investing in the lives of people is the best investment which has long term implications on their life and work.  It is essential to identify potential in people and create an environment and provide opportunity to help groom inner potential of people in a productive and progressive way.  The learning and transformation center is highly committed to join hands with the government, other NGOs and local Churches to help people change their lives and offer opportunities to develop their potential. The need for such transformational learning is vast and resources are limited.
